    2         An act relating to the Department of Highway Safety
    3         and Motor Vehicles; expressing the legislative intent
    4         to revise laws relating to the Department of Highway
    5         Safety and Motor Vehicles; providing an effective
    6         date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9         
   10         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   11  to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.
   12         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
