A bill to be entitled
2An act relating to the Fish and Wildlife Conservation
3Commission; transferring the Invasive Plant Control Trust
4Fund within the Department of Environmental Protection to
5the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission; providing
6for the type two transfer of the Bureau of Invasive Plant
7Management within the Department of Environmental
8Protection to the Fish and Wildlife Conservation
9Commission; ratifying actions taken pursuant to ch. 2008-
10150, Laws of Florida, and an interagency agreement
11executed pursuant thereto; providing an effective date.

13Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

15     Section 1.  The Invasive Plant Control Trust Fund, FLAIR
16number 37-2-030, in the Department of Environment Protection is
17transferred to the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission,
18FLAIR number 77-2-030.
19     Section 2.  The statutory powers, duties, and functions
20related to ss. 369.20, 369.22, and 369.252, Florida Statutes,
21which were transferred by chapter 2008-150, Laws of Florida, and
22all records, personnel, and property; unexpended balances of
23appropriations, allocations, and other funds; administrative
24authority; administrative rules; pending issues; and existing
25contracts of the Bureau of Invasive Plant Management in the
26Department of Environmental Protection are transferred by a type
27two transfer, pursuant to s. 20.06(2), Florida Statutes, to the
28Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. All actions taken
29pursuant to chapter 2008-150, Laws of Florida, and the
30interagency agreement executed pursuant thereto are ratified.
31     Section 3.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
