       Senator Fasano moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 99 and 100
    4  insert:
    5  
    6         Section 3. Affordable housing developments; exemption from
    7  concurrency requirements.—Affordable housing developments that
    8  are proposed to serve residents who have incomes at or below 60
    9  percent of the median income of the area and that will be
   10  located on arterial roadways served by public transit are exempt
   11  from transportation concurrency requirements.

   14         And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete line 19
   16  and insert:
   17  
   18         creating an exemption for certain proposed affordable
   19         housing developments from transportation concurrency
   20         requirements; providing an effective date.
