       Senator Oelrich moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 20 - 22
    4  and insert:
    5  establish a transportation access fee. Revenue from the
    6  transportation access fee may be used only for the provision or
    7  improvement of access to transportation services for students
    8  enrolled in the community college. The fee may not exceed $6 per
    9  credit hour. An
