       Senator Crist moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 135 and 136
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. (1) It shall be the policy of the state that
    6  each specialty license plate be phased out of existence 24
    7  months after this act becomes a law and replaced with a
    8  specialty sticker in the bottom left or right corner of a
    9  standard Florida license plate.
   10         (2) All standard Florida license plates must contain a
   11  location on the bottom left and right hand corners for the
   12  option of two specialty stickers to replace the all legal
   13  specialty tags.

   19         And the title is amended as follows:
   20         Delete line 10
   21  and insert:
   22         from the sale of such plates; requiring that specialty
   23         plates be phased out over a 24-month period; providing
   24         an effective
