       Senator Aronberg moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 55 - 57
    4  and insert:
    5         (a) Practicing for or competing or performing in shows or
    6  events, including, but not limited to, rodeos and parades, where
    7  helmets are not historically a part of the show or event;
    8         (b) Riding on privately owned land even if the land is
    9  occasionally separated by a public road or right-of-way that
   10  must be crossed; or
