       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2         
    3         Delete line 80
    4  and insert:
    5  subject to the criminal penalty specified in s. 624.15. This
    6  subsection applies to all contracts entered into or renewed on
    7  or after July 1, 2009.
