1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to a review under the Open Government
3	Sunset Review Act regarding the Florida Patient Safety
4	Corporation; repealing s. 381.0271, F.S., creating the
5	Florida Patient Safety Corporation and establishing its
6	powers and duties; repealing s. 381.0273, F.S., providing
7	a public record exemption for patient safety data or other
8	records held by the Florida Patient Safety Corporation and
9	its subsidiaries, advisory committees, or contractors, and
10	providing a public meeting exemption for portions of
11	meetings held by the corporation or its subsidiaries,
12	advisory committees, or contractors during which
13	confidential and exempt information is discussed;
14	providing an effective date.

16	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

18	Section 1.  Section 381.0271, Florida Statutes, is
19	repealed.
20	Section 2.  Section 381.0273, Florida Statutes, is
21	repealed.
22	Section 3.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
