    6  Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development to ensure
    7  that sufficient resources are available to allow the state to
    8  respond expeditiously to extraordinary economic opportunities
    9  and to compete effectively for high-value research and
   10  development, and innovation business, and alternative and
   11  renewal energy projects.
