1	House Concurrent Resolution
2	A concurrent resolution reconfirming the appointment of
3	Gary R. VanLandingham as director of the Office of Program
4	Policy Analysis and Government Accountability.

6	WHEREAS, the Joint Legislative Auditing Committee appointed
7	Gary R. VanLandingham as director of the Office of Program
8	Policy Analysis and Government Accountability on January 24,
9	2005, and
10	WHEREAS, Joint Rule 4.1(7) of the Florida Legislature
11	requires the Joint Legislative Auditing Committee to review the
12	performance of the director of the Office of Program Policy
13	Analysis and Government Accountability every 4 years and report
14	as to whether he or she should continue to serve as director,
15	and
16	WHEREAS, the Joint Legislative Auditing Committee
17	recommends to the Legislature that Gary R. VanLandingham
18	continue to serve in office as director of the Office of Program
19	Policy Analysis and Government Accountability, NOW, THEREFORE,
20
21	Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of
22	Florida, the Senate Concurring:
23
24	That the appointment of Gary R. VanLandingham as director
25	of the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government
26	Accountability by the Joint Legislative Auditing Committee under
27	Joint Rule 4.1(7) of the Florida Legislature is reconfirmed.
