       Senator Jones moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 621 and 622
    4  insert:
    5         Section 4. Subsection (2) of section 553.509, Florida
    6  Statutes, is repealed.

    9         And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete line 50
   11  and insert:
   12  abandoned their office; repealing s. 553.509(2), F.S., relating
   13  to the requirement that certain residential family dwellings
   14  have at least one public elevator that is capable of operating
   15  on an alternate power source for emergency purposes; providing
   16  an effective date.
