    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to summer camp personnel; repealing s.
    3         409.1758, F.S., relating to an exemption from
    4         fingerprint requirements for screening purposes which
    5         is provided for human resource personnel working at
    6         summer camps and other similar facilities; providing
    7         an effective date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10         
   11         Section 1. Section 409.1758, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   12         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2009.
