2	An act relating to the South Indian River Water Control
3	District, Palm Beach County; amending chapter 2001-313,
4	Laws of Florida, as amended; expanding the boundaries of
5	the district; providing an effective date.

7	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9	Section 1.  Section 1 of section 3 of chapter 2001-313,
10	Laws of Florida, as amended by section 2 of chapter 2004-467,
11	Laws of Florida, is amended to read:
12	Section 1.  Creation; status; charter amendments;
13	boundaries.--For the purpose of comprehensive water management
14	and control pursuant to chapter 298, Florida Statutes, as it may
15	be amended from time to time, the South Indian River Water
16	Control District, an independent water control district, is
17	hereby declared to exist. The district is organized and exists
18	for all purposes set forth in this act and chapters 189 and 298,
19	Florida Statutes. The district was created by decree of the
20	Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit on July 3, 1923.
21	Its charter may be amended only by special act of the
22	Legislature. The boundaries of the district are declared to be
23	as follows:

25	A Tract of land lying in Palm Beach County, Florida
26	and being all of Sections 33 and 34, Township 40
27	South, Range 41 East; all of Sections 1, 2, 3, 10, 11,
28	12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 of Township 41 South, Range 41
29	East; all of Sections 9, 16, 17 and 18 of Township 41
30	South, Range 42 East; portions of Sections 4 and 9 of
31	Township 41 South, Range 41 East, and portions of
32	Sections 7, 15 and 22 of Township 41 South, Range 42
