       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Jones) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 68 - 72
    4  and insert:
    5  minimum personnel standards, and employee benefits. The area
    6  agencies on aging shall develop and include in the request for
    7  proposals a dispute resolution mechanism that is an alternative
    8  to judicial or administrative litigation.
