    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 29
    4  and insert:
    5         (1) Contingent upon appropriate funding made available
    6  through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, it is the
    7  intent of the Legislature that these funds be used, in part, to
    8  provide support
