       The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 (Wise) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 84 - 87
    4  and insert:
    5  herein defined, a tax of 48 cents per gallon upon all such
    6  beverages in bulk or in kegs or barrels; and, when such
    7  beverages are sold in containers of less than 1 gallon, the tax
    8  will be 6 cents on each pint, the metric equivalent, or fraction
    9  thereof in the
   10

   12         And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete lines 22 - 24
   14  and insert:
   15         amending s. 563.05, F.S.; clarifying a unit of
   16         measurement; creating s. 563.09, F.S.;
