Senator Jones moved the following:

4 and insert:
5 (4) For the purpose of satisfying the requirement in 25
6 U.S.C. s. 2710(d)(1)(B) that the gaming activities authorized
7 under an Indian gaming compact must be permitted in the state
8 for any purpose by any person, organization or entity, the Class
9 III games specified in this section are hereby authorized to be
10 conducted in Florida pursuant to a compact that meets all of the
11 terms and standards required by this act.
12 (5)(a) In consideration for authority to play the specified
13 Class III games described in this section, the compact shall
14 provide for revenue sharing through periodic payments to the
15 state during the term of the compact. If net win in any cycle is
16 less than or equal to $2 billion, revenue sharing for that cycle
17 shall be $400 million. If net win in any cycle is more than $2
18 billion and less than or equal to $4 billion, revenue sharing
19 for that cycle shall be $400 million plus 10 percent of net win
20 that is more than $2 billion and less than or equal to $4
21 billion. If net win in any cycle is more than $4 billion,
22 revenue sharing for that cycle shall be $600 million plus 25
23 percent of net win that is over $4 billion. However, revenue
24 sharing may be:
25 1. Reduced or suspended if the net win in any cycle fails
26 to reach $1.37 billion and shall resume when the net win for a
27 cycle or any subsequent period reaches $1.37 billion.
28 2. Reduced pursuant to subsection (10).
29 (6) The compact may not provide for the elimination or
30 reduction of revenue sharing based on the authorization of any
31 Class III gaming by compact between the state and any other
32 federally recognized tribe in this state pursuant to the Indian
33 Gaming Regulatory Act.
