       The Committee on Regulated Industries (Jones) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 171 - 174
    4  and insert:
    5  state during the term of the compact. If net win in any cycle is
    6  less than or equal to $2 billion, revenue sharing for that cycle
    7  shall be $400 million.  If net win in any cycle is more than $2
    8  billion and less than or equal to $4 billion, revenue sharing
    9  for that cycle shall be $400 million plus 10 percent of net win
   10  that is more than $2 billion and less than or equal to $4
   11  billion.  If net win in any cycle is more than $4 billion,
   12  revenue sharing for that cycle shall be $600 million plus 25
   13  percent of net win that is over $4 billion. However, revenue
