       The Committee on Agriculture (Baker) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 329 - 343
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) The department shall adopt rules establishing
    6  requirements and procedures for recordkeeping and monitoring of
    7  pest control service center operations to ensure compliance with
    8  this chapter and rules adopted under this chapter.
