       recommended the following:

    3         Delete lines 59 - 61
    4  and insert:
    5         2. If the parents cannot agree, Established by the court,
    6  with or without the use of a court-ordered parenting plan
    7  recommendation, if the parents cannot agree to a plan or the
    8  parents agreed to a plan that is not approved by the court.
