       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Smith) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 24 - 33
    4  and insert:
    5         (i) A columbarium consisting of 5 acres or less which is
    6  located on the main campus of a state university as defined in
    7  s. 1000.21(6). The university or university direct-support
    8  organization, as defined in s. 1004.28(1), which establishes the
    9  columbarium shall ensure that the columbarium is constructed and
   10  perpetually kept and maintained in a manner consistent with
   11  subsection (2) and the intent of this chapter. If the university
   12  or university direct-support organization relocates the
   13  columbarium, the university or university direct-support
   14  organization shall relocate all of the urns and remains that
   15  were placed in the columbarium.
