       The Conference Committee on CS for SB 16-A recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Conference Committee Amendment (with title
    2  amendment)
    3         
    4         Delete everything after the enacting clause
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 1. State Attorneys Revenue Trust Fund.—
    7         (1) The State Attorneys Revenue Trust Fund is created
    8  within the Justice Administrative Commission. Moneys credited to
    9  the trust fund shall be used for the purpose of funding the
   10  activities of the state attorneys.
   11         (2) In accordance with s. 19(f)(2), Art. III of the State
   12  Constitution, the State Attorneys Revenue Trust Fund shall,
   13  unless terminated sooner, be terminated on July 1, 2012. Before
   14  its scheduled termination, the trust fund shall be reviewed as
   15  provided in s. 215.3206(1) and (2), Florida Statutes.
   16         Section 2. This act shall take effect on the same date as
   17  SB 12-A or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation
   18  is enacted in the same legislative session, or an extension
   19  thereof, and becomes law, but this act shall not take effect
   20  unless it is enacted by a three-fifths vote of the membership of
   21  each house of the Legislature.

   24         And the title is amended as follows:
   25         Delete everything before the enacting clause
   26  and insert:
   27                        A bill to be entitled                      
   28  An act relating to trust funds; creating the State Attorneys
   29  Revenue Trust Fund within the Justice Administrative Commission;
   30  providing for the purpose of the trust fund; providing for
   31  future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund;
   32  providing a contingent effective date.
