       Senator Lawson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2         
    3         Delete lines 51 - 57
    4  and insert:
    5         (1) There is created within the Florida Small Business
    6  Development Center Network the Economic Gardening Business Loan
    7  Pilot Program. The purpose of the pilot program is to stimulate
    8  investment in Florida's economy by providing loans to expanding
    9  businesses in the state. As used in this section, the term
   10  “office” means Florida Small Business Development Center
   11  Network.

   13         Delete lines 243 - 249
   14  and insert:
   15         (1) There is created within the Florida Small Business
   16  Development Center Network the Economic Gardening Technical
   17  Assistance Pilot Program. The purpose of the pilot program is to
   18  stimulate investment in Florida's economy by providing technical
   19  assistance for expanding businesses in the state. As used in
   20  this section, the term “office” means Florida Small Business
   21  Development Center Network.
