       The Committee on Transportation and Economic Development
       Appropriations (Gardiner) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2         
    3         Delete line 116
    4  and insert:
    5  term business commitment to the state. The loan administrator
    6  also shall consider the following factors:
    7  	1. incentives awarded to the applicant from local
    8  governments;
    9  	2. waivers of taxes, impact fees, or other fees or charges
   10  by local governments; and
   11  	3. other sources of investments or financing for the
   12  project which is the subject of the loan application.
