    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to economic development; expressing
    3         the legislative intent to enact laws relating to
    4         economic development; providing an effective date.
    5         
    6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    7         
    8         Section 1. The Legislature intends to enact laws relating
    9  to economic development.
   10         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
