9Haitian Studies Street, and Eufaula Frazier Street in
10Miami-Dade County; directing the Department of
11Transportation to erect suitable markers; providing an
12effective date.

14Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
15
16     Section 1.  Perdido Key Parkway designated; Department of
17Transportation to erect suitable markers.-
18     (1)  That portion of State Road 292 from Blue Angel Parkway
19to the beginning of Perdido Key Drive in Escambia County is
20designated as "Perdido Key Parkway."
21     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
22suitable markers designating Perdido Key Parkway as described in
23subsection (1).
24     Section 2.  Orange Bowl Way designated; Department of
25Transportation to erect suitable markers.-
26     (1)  Northwest 77th Court in the Town of Miami Lakes in
27Miami-Dade County is designated as "Orange Bowl Way."
28     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
29suitable markers designating Orange Bowl Way as described in
30subsection (1).
31     Section 3.  Colonel Bud Day Boulevard designated;
32Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-
33     (1)  That portion of State Road 397 between Government
34Avenue and the north gate of Eglin Air Force Base in Okaloosa
35County is designated as "Colonel Bud Day Boulevard."
36     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
37suitable markers designating Colonel Bud Day Boulevard as
38described in subsection (1).
39     Section 4.  Pastor Wilner Maxi Street designated;
40Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-
41     (1)  That portion of N.E. 73rd Street between N.E. 1st
42Place and N.E. 3rd Court in Miami-Dade County is designated as
43"Pastor Wilner Maxi Street."
44     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
45suitable markers designating Pastor Wilner Maxi Street as
46described in subsection (1).
47     Section 5.  Bishop Dr. Randall & Prophetess Sharlene Holts
48Street designated; Department of Transportation to erect
49suitable markers.-
50     (1)  That portion of N.W. 103rd Street/State Road 932
51between N.W. 17th Avenue and N.W. 27th Avenue/State Road 9 in
52Miami-Dade County is designated as "Bishop Dr. Randall &
53Prophetess Sharlene Holts Street."
54     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
55suitable markers designating Bishop Dr. Randall & Prophetess
56Sharlene Holts Street as described in subsection (1).
57     Section 6.  Pastor Dr. Carl Johnson Street designated;
58Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-
59     (1)  That portion of N.W. 93rd Street between N.W. 22nd
60Avenue and N.W. 27th Avenue/State Road 9 in Miami-Dade County is
61designated as "Pastor Dr. Carl Johnson Street."
62     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
63suitable markers designating Pastor Dr. Carl Johnson Street as
64described in subsection (1).
65     Section 7.  Haitian/American Historical Society Street
66designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
67markers.-
68     (1)  That portion of 127th Street between N.E. 6th
69Avenue/State Road 915 and W. Dixie Highway/State Road 909 in
70Miami-Dade County is designated as "Haitian/American Historical
71Society Street."
72     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
73suitable markers designating Haitian/American Historical Society
74Street as described in subsection (1).
75     Section 8.  Center for Haitian Studies Street designated;
76Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-
77     (1)  That portion of N.E. 82nd Terrace between N.E. 2nd
78Avenue and N. Miami Avenue in Miami-Dade County is designated as
79"Center for Haitian Studies Street."
80     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
81suitable markers designating Center for Haitian Studies Street
82as described in subsection (1).
83     Section 9.  Eufaula Frazier Street designated; Department
84of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
85     (1)  That portion of N.W. 32nd Street between N.W. 6th
86Avenue and Midtown Boulevard in Miami-Dade County is designated
87as "Eufaula Frazier Street."
88     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
89suitable markers designating Eufaula Frazier Street as described
90in subsection (1).
91     Section 10.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
