    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to publications distributed by public
    3         K-12 schools, community colleges, and state
    4         universities; requiring that any public K-12 school,
    5         community college, or state university include on the
    6         inside cover of each of its publications certain
    7         information concerning the production and distribution
    8         of that publication; providing an effective date.

   10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   11  
   12         Section 1. Any public K-12 school, community college, or
   13  state university that receives state funding shall include on
   14  the inside cover of each of its publications, in a font size of
   15  at least 16 points, the name of the publisher, the source of
   16  payment for the publication, and the cost of publishing and
   17  distributing the publication.
   18         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
