| 9 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 10 |

| 11 | Section 1. Paragraph (c) is added to subsection (4) of |
| 12 | section 216.023, Florida Statutes, to read: |
| 13 | 216.023 Legislative budget requests to be furnished to |
| 14 | Legislature by agencies.- |
| 15 | (4) |
| 16 | (c) Before submitting a legislative budget request in |
| 17 | 2010, the Department of Health shall establish an online budget |
| 18 | that is interactive and available to the public. The online |
| 19 | budget shall be updated each year and shall trace the flow of |
| 20 | all funds appropriated to the Department of Health in the |
| 21 | previous fiscal year with sufficient detail to determine the use |
| 22 | of each dollar appropriated. As part of its legislative budget |
| 23 | request, the Department of Health shall submit documentation of |
| 24 | its compliance with this paragraph. |
| 25 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010. |
