    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to road and bridge designations;
    3         designating the Command Sergeant Major Gary Lee
    4         Littrell Medal of Honor Causeway and Bridge in
    5         Pinellas County; directing the Department of
    6         Transportation to erect markers; providing an
    7         effective date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. Command Sergeant Major Gary Lee Littrell Medal
   12  of Honor Causeway and Bridge designated; Department of
   13  Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
   14         (1) That portion of State Road 682 (Pinellas Bayway) from
   15  State Road 699 (Gulf Boulevard) to U.S. 19 in Pinellas County is
   16  designated as “Command Sergeant Major Gary Lee Littrell Medal of
   17  Honor Causeway and Bridge.”
   18         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   19  suitable markers designating the Command Sergeant Major Gary Lee
   20  Littrell Medal of Honor Causeway and Bridge as described in
   21  subsection (1).
   22         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
