    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to residential property sales;
    3         repealing s. 689.262, F.S., relating to sales of
    4         residential property in wind-borne debris regions and
    5         required disclosures of windstorm mitigation ratings
    6         to purchasers; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Section 689.262, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
