    2         A joint resolution expressing the legislative intent
    3         to propose an amendment to the State Constitution
    4         relating to minimum wage.

    6  Be It Resolved by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    7  
    8         That the Legislature intends to propose the following
    9  amendment to the State Constitution relating to minimum wage
   10  which, if agreed to, shall be submitted to the electors of this
   11  state for approval or rejection at the next general election or
   12  at an earlier special election specifically authorized by law
   13  for that purpose:
