Funds shall be allocated equally to Bethune-Cookman University, Edward Waters College, and Florida Memorial University. and insert in lieu thereof: Funds in Specific Appropriation 58 for Library Resources shall be used for the purchase of books, electronic library resources, and other related library materials. Funds shall be allocated equally to Bethune-Cookman University, Edward Waters College, and Florida Memorial University.
