Delete the existing proviso in SECTION 93, page 396.

and insert:

SECTION 93.  The nonrecurring sum of $20,000,000 is appropriated from 
the General Revenue Fund to restore reductions in the Department of 
Corrections for Fiscal Year 2010-11:

Restores 393 Correctional Officer Positions................$20,000,000
