Immediately following Specific Appropriation 519B, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 519B, $1,000,000 is provided to 
the Moffitt Cancer Center, $1,000,000 is provided to the Sylvester 
Cancer Center at the University of Miami, and $1,000,000 is provided to 
the Shands Cancer Hospital to provide support for cancer research.
