1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to supplemental corporate fees; amending
3	s. 607.193, F.S.; revising an exception from the
4	imposition of a late charge upon certain business entities
5	remitting the supplemental corporate fee after a specified
6	deadline; providing an effective date.

8	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10	Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of section
11	607.193, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
12	607.193  Supplemental corporate fee.-
13	(2)
14	(b)  In addition to the fees levied under ss. 607.0122,
15	608.452, and 620.1109 and the supplemental corporate fee, a late
16	charge of $400 shall be imposed if the supplemental corporate
17	fee is remitted after May 1 except in circumstances in which a
18	business entity was administratively dissolved or its
19	certificate of authority was revoked due to its failure to file
20	an annual report and the entity subsequently applied for
21	reinstatement and paid the applicable reinstatement fee did not
22	receive the uniform business report prescribed by the
23	department.
24	Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
