| 12 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 13 |
|
| 14 | Section 1. Miss Lillie Williams Boulevard designated; |
| 15 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.- |
| 16 | (1) That portion of N.W. 79th Street between N.W. 6th |
| 17 | Avenue and E. 12th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is designated as |
| 18 | "Miss Lillie Williams Boulevard." |
| 19 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 20 | suitable markers designating Miss Lillie Williams Boulevard as |
| 21 | described in subsection (1). |
| 22 | Section 2. John Torrese Family Road designated; Department |
| 23 | of Transportation to erect suitable markers.- |
| 24 | (1) That portion of State Road 997 between S.W. 288th |
| 25 | Street and S.W. 344th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated |
| 26 | as "John Torrese Family Road." |
| 27 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 28 | suitable markers designating John Torrese Family Road as |
| 29 | described in subsection (1). |
| 30 | Section 3. Manuel Capo Way designated; Department of |
| 31 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.- |
| 32 | (1) That portion of S.W. 88th Street between S.W. 137th |
| 33 | Avenue and S.W. 142nd Avenue in Miami-Dade County is designated |
| 34 | as "Manuel Capo Way." |
| 35 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 36 | suitable markers designating Manuel Capo Way as described in |
| 37 | subsection (1). |
| 38 | Section 4. Manuel Capo Boulevard designated; Department of |
| 39 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.- |
| 40 | (1) That portion of S.W. 8th Street between S.W. 24th |
| 41 | Avenue and S.W. 27th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is designated |
| 42 | as "Manuel Capo Boulevard." |
| 43 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 44 | suitable markers designating Manuel Capo Boulevard as described |
| 45 | in subsection (1). |
| 46 | Section 5. Lt. Colonel Charles Brown Memorial Highway |
| 47 | designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable |
| 48 | markers.- |
| 49 | (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 1, State Road 5, between |
| 50 | S.W. 104th Street and S.W. 112th Street in Miami-Dade County is |
| 51 | designated as "Lt. Colonel Charles Brown Memorial Highway." |
| 52 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 53 | suitable markers designating Lt. Colonel Charles Brown Memorial |
| 54 | Highway as described in subsection (1). |
| 55 | Section 6. Section 17 of chapter 2008-256, Laws of |
| 56 | Florida, is amended to read: |
| 57 | Section 17. Dr. Jose A. Marques Boulevard designated; |
| 58 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.- |
| 59 | (1) That portion of 8th Street between S.W. 107th Avenue |
| 60 | and S.W. 127th 117th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is designated |
| 61 | as "Dr. Jose A. Marques Boulevard." |
| 62 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 63 | suitable markers designating Dr. Jose A. Marques Boulevard as |
| 64 | described in subsection (1). |
| 65 | Section 7. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010. |
