    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to a review under the Open Government
    3         Sunset Review Act; repealing s. 383.412(5), F.S.,
    4         relating to an exemption from public-records and
    5         public-meetings requirements for information held by
    6         the State Child Abuse Death Review Committee or a
    7         local panel or committee which reveals the identity of
    8         household members of a deceased child, and for
    9         portions of meetings at which such confidential and
   10         exempt information is discussed; saving the exemption
   11         from repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review
   12         Act; deleting provisions providing for repeal of the
   13         exemption; providing an effective date.

   15  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   16  
   17         Section 1. Subsection (5) of section 383.412, Florida
   18  Statutes, is repealed.
   19         Section 2. This act shall take effect October 1, 2010.
