    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to a review under the Open Government
    3         Sunset Review Act; repealing s. 409.25661(2), F.S.,
    4         relating to an exemption from public-records
    5         requirements for information from the insurance claim
    6         data exchange which is provided to the Department of
    7         Revenue; saving the exemption from repeal under the
    8         Open Government Sunset Review Act; deleting provisions
    9         providing for repeal of the exemption; providing an
   10         effective date.

   12  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   13  
   14         Section 1. Subsection (2) of section 409.25661, Florida
   15  Statutes, is repealed.
   16         Section 2. This act shall take effect October 1, 2010.
