Provides for the reversion of American Recovery and 
Reinvestment Act funds appropriated for the 
Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Program in the 
Department of Environmental Protection.

        In Section 60  On Page 113

In Section 60, on Page 113, Insert new section 20 and renumber 
subsequent sections:

The unexpended balance of funds provided in Specific Appropriation 1738A 
of chapter 2009-81, Laws of Florida, to the Department of Environmental 
Protection for the Underground Storage Tank Cleanup program shall revert 
immediately.
