DELETE proviso following Specific Appropriation 204:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 204, the agency is directed
to integrate provisions of acute care and behavioral health services in
the public hospital-operated managed care model to the extent feasible
and consistent with continuity of care and patient choice. The agency
is authorized to seek any federal waiver or state plan amendment
necessary to implement this provision.
