| 7 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 8 |

| 9 | Section 1. Section 479.401, Florida Statutes, is created |
| 10 | to read: |
| 11 | 479.401 Outdoor advertising of gaming activities.-A sign |
| 12 | in any location, public or private, that is erected, placed, or |
| 13 | otherwise located and displayed pursuant to this chapter shall |
| 14 | not advertise any gaming activities that are not expressly |
| 15 | authorized by state law. The department shall revoke, pursuant |
| 16 | to s. 479.05, the license of any licensee who violates this |
| 17 | section. |
| 18 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010. |
