    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to the University of South Florida;
    3         creating s. 1004.387, F.S.; authorizing a doctor of
    4         pharmacy degree program at the university; providing
    5         an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Section 1004.387, Florida Statutes, is created
   10  to read:
   11         1004.387 Doctor of pharmacy degree program at the
   12  University of South Florida.—A doctor of pharmacy degree program
   13  is authorized at the University of South Florida.
   14         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
