| 11 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 12 |
|
| 13 | Section 1. Julia Tuttle Way designated; Department of |
| 14 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.- |
| 15 | (1) That portion of Biscayne Boulevard Way between S.E. |
| 16 | 2nd Avenue and U.S. Highway 1/Biscayne Boulevard in Miami-Dade |
| 17 | County is designated as "Julia Tuttle Way." |
| 18 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 19 | suitable markers designating Julia Tuttle Way as described in |
| 20 | subsection (1). |
| 21 | Section 2. Pastor Wilner Maxi Street designated; |
| 22 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.- |
| 23 | (1) That portion of N.E. 73rd Street between N.E. 1st |
| 24 | Place and N.E. 3rd Court in Miami-Dade County is designated as |
| 25 | "Pastor Wilner Maxi Street." |
| 26 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 27 | suitable markers designating Pastor Wilner Maxi Street as |
| 28 | described in subsection (1). |
| 29 | Section 3. Pastors Dr. Randall & Sharlene Holts Street |
| 30 | designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable |
| 31 | markers.- |
| 32 | (1) That portion of N.W. 103rd Street/State Road 932 |
| 33 | between N.W. 17th Avenue and N.W. 27th Avenue/State Road 9 in |
| 34 | Miami-Dade County is designated as "Pastors Dr. Randall & |
| 35 | Sharlene Holts Street." |
| 36 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 37 | suitable markers designating Pastors Dr. Randall & Sharlene |
| 38 | Holts Street as described in subsection (1). |
| 39 | Section 4. Pastor Dr. Carl Johnson Street designated; |
| 40 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.- |
| 41 | (1) That portion of N.W. 93rd Street between N.W. 22nd |
| 42 | Avenue and N.W. 27th Avenue/State Road 9 in Miami-Dade County is |
| 43 | designated as "Pastor Dr. Carl Johnson Street." |
| 44 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 45 | suitable markers designating Pastor Dr. Carl Johnson Street as |
| 46 | described in subsection (1). |
| 47 | Section 5. Haitian/American Historical Society Street |
| 48 | designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable |
| 49 | markers.- |
| 50 | (1) That portion of N.E. 127th Street between N.E. 6th |
| 51 | Avenue/State Road 915 and W. Dixie Highway/State Road 909 in |
| 52 | Miami-Dade County is designated as "Haitian/American Historical |
| 53 | Society Street." |
| 54 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 55 | suitable markers designating Haitian/American Historical Society |
| 56 | Street as described in subsection (1). |
| 57 | Section 6. Center for Haitian Studies Street designated; |
| 58 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.- |
| 59 | (1) That portion of N.E. 82nd Terrace between N.E. 2nd |
| 60 | Avenue and N. Miami Avenue in Miami-Dade County is designated as |
| 61 | "Center for Haitian Studies Street." |
| 62 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 63 | suitable markers designating Center for Haitian Studies Street |
| 64 | as described in subsection (1). |
| 65 | Section 7. Eufaula Frazier Street designated; Department |
| 66 | of Transportation to erect suitable markers.- |
| 67 | (1) That portion of N.W. 32nd Street between N.W. 6th |
| 68 | Avenue and Midtown Boulevard in Miami-Dade County is designated |
| 69 | as "Eufaula Frazier Street." |
| 70 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 71 | suitable markers designating Eufaula Frazier Street as described |
| 72 | in subsection (1). |
| 73 | Section 8. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010. |
