    1                       Senate Joint Resolution                     
    2         A joint resolution establishing a new effective date
    3         for Council Substitute for Committee Substitute for
    4         Committee Substitute for House Bill 981, an act
    5         relating to agriculture, which bill was passed by both
    6         houses of the Legislature during the 2010 Regular
    7         Session of the Legislature and thereafter vetoed by
    8         the Governor.

   10  Be It Resolved by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   11  
   12         Pursuant to Section 9 of Article III of the State
   13  Constitution, Council Substitute for Committee Substitute for
   14  Committee Substitute for House Bill 981, enacted during the 2010
   15  Regular Session of the Legislature, shall take effect November
   16  17, 2010, the veto of the Governor notwithstanding.
