    1                       Senate Joint Resolution                     
    2         A joint resolution establishing a new effective date
    3         for Council Substitute for Committee Substitute for
    4         House Bill 1385, an act relating to petroleum
    5         contamination site cleanup, which bill was passed by
    6         both houses of the Legislature during the 2010 Regular
    7         Session of the Legislature and thereafter vetoed by
    8         the Governor.

   10  Be It Resolved by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   11  
   12         Pursuant to Section 9 of Article III of the State
   13  Constitution, Council Substitute for Committee Substitute for
   14  House Bill 1385, enacted during the 2010 Regular Session of the
   15  Legislature, shall take effect November 17, 2010, the veto of
   16  the Governor notwithstanding.
