    2         A joint resolution establishing a new effective date
    3         for Committee Substitute for Committee Substitute for
    4         Senate Bill 1516, an act relating to state-owned
    5         lands, which bill was passed by both houses of the
    6         Legislature during the 2010 Regular Session of the
    7         Legislature and thereafter vetoed by the Governor.

    9  Be It Resolved by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Pursuant to Section 9 of Article III of the State
   12  Constitution, Committee Substitute for Committee Substitute for
   13  Senate Bill 1516, enacted during the 2010 Regular Session of the
   14  Legislature, shall take effect November 17, 2010, the veto of
   15  the Governor notwithstanding.
