| 8 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 9 |
|
| 10 | Section 1. Subsection (5) is added to section 443.1117, |
| 11 | Florida Statutes, as amended by chapters 2010-1, 2010-5, and |
| 12 | 2010-90, Laws of Florida, to read: |
| 13 | 443.1117 Temporary extended benefits.- |
| 14 | (5) This section shall remain in effect until the week |
| 15 | ending 4 weeks prior to the last week of unemployment for which |
| 16 | 100 percent federal sharing is available for any claim under s. |
| 17 | 2005(a) of Pub. L. No. 111-5. |
| 18 | Section 2. The provisions of s. 443.1117, Florida |
| 19 | Statutes, as revived, readopted, and amended by chapter 2010-90, |
| 20 | Laws of Florida, apply only to claims for weeks of unemployment |
| 21 | in which an exhaustee establishes entitlement to extended |
| 22 | benefits pursuant to that section, which shall remain in effect |
| 23 | until the week ending 4 weeks prior to the last week of |
| 24 | unemployment for which 100 percent federal sharing is available |
| 25 | for any claim under s. 2005(a) of Pub. L. No. 111-5. |
| 26 | Section 3. Section 2 of chapter 2010-90, Laws of Florida, |
| 27 | is repealed. |
| 28 | Section 4. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. |
