    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to state agency business cards;
    3         amending s. 287.042, F.S.; requiring the Department of
    4         Management Services to delegate to state agencies the
    5         authority to braille their business cards or to
    6         purchase business cards that are brailled; providing
    7         an effective date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. Paragraph (c) is added to subsection (6) of
   12  section 287.042, Florida Statutes, to read:
   13         287.042 Powers, duties, and functions.—The department shall
   14  have the following powers, duties, and functions:
   15         (6)
   16         (c) The department shall delegate to agencies the authority
   17  to braille their business cards or purchase business cards that
   18  are brailled.
   19         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
