    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to residence of the clerk of the
    3         circuit court; repealing s. 28.08, F.S., relating to
    4         the clerk of the circuit court’s place of residence;
    5         providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Section 28.08, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   10         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
