       The Committee on Agriculture (Siplin) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 39
    4  and insert:
    5  This exemption is only applicable on lands classified as
    6  agricultural pursuant to s. 193.461 and to activities regulated
    7  pursuant to part IV, chapter 373. This exemption shall not apply
    8  to any activities previously authorized by an Environmental
    9  Resource permit or Management and Storage of Surface Water
   10  permit issued pursuant to part IV, chapter 373, or a Dredge and
   11  Fill permit issued pursuant to chapter 403.
